Order Status & Tracking
You can view the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable).
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Kigali & Surroundings: 1–2 business days
- Other Regions in Rwanda: 2–5 business days
- International Deliveries: 5–15 business days (depending on location)

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may already be in the dispatch process and cannot be changed.
