Returns & Replacements Policy
At Lifestyle (Acleo Ltd), we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under fair and transparent conditions.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personal care and beauty products (e.g., skincare, haircare, cosmetics).
- Opened food, health, or supplement products.
- Software, licenses, or digital products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email support@acleoltd.com with:
- Your Order ID
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team (within 2 business days).
- Once approved, return the item to our provided address.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover return shippingcosts.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, you are responsible for return shipping.
Replacements
We will offer:
- A replacement for damaged or defective items.
- A refund if a replacement is not available or the item is no longer in stock.
Replacements are shipped at no additional cost once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an option.
Important Notes
- Products returned without prior approval may not be processed.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
