Refund and Returns Policy
At Lifestyle (Acleo Ltd), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair process for returns and refunds, under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item was damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/tags intact
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used beauty, health, and personal care products
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
- Digital products, licenses, or downloadable software
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Email support@acleoltd.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)
- Wait for our team to respond with return approval and instructions
Important: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we cover all return costs.
- For returns due to change of mind or customer error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after we:
- Receive the returned item
- Inspect and verify its condition
- Approve the return
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 5–7 business days
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (with your consent)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Double-check your payment account
- Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchanges & Replacements
We offer free replacements for:
- Items damaged in transit
- Defective or incorrect products
