Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number (where applicable).

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount. These offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics providers including:
- Fedex, Aramex, Iposita, and local couriers for domestic deliveries
- Reputable international couriers for global shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- Our courier will retry up to 2 times.
- If the delivery still fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately at orders@acleoltd.com with your Order ID and any relevant photos.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by resending the item or offering a refund.
